You engage STRLCS to help make your short-term rental property compliant with South African regulations.

Regardless of which set of Terms applies to you, the following provisions are common to all three:
- Governed by South African law with disputes resolved by AFSA arbitration in Cape Town
- STRLCS's domicilium citandi et executandi: Impala House, 27 Castle Street, Cape Town, 8001
- Legal notices to STRLCS: legal@strlcs.co.za
- Personal information handled under our Privacy Policy in line with POPIA
- Electronic communication (email) is agreed as valid legal notice
- Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008
